	Annual General Meeting Date Posted : 5th June 2008 The British Inline Skater Hockey Association Limited Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 21st June 2008 at The Park Sports Centre, Wheatley Park School, Holton, Oxford, OX33 1QZ commencing 2:00pm. The format of the meeting will be as set-out in the BiSHA Memorandum and Articles of Association. Directions: The Park Sports Centre Wheatley Park School Holton Oxford OX33 1QZ T: 01865 872128 F: - Map: click here From Oxford (Ring Road): Head out on the A40 to London. The third exit on the left is signposted to Holton and to the Sports Center. Turn immediately left (don't go over the A40) after 200yds, the sports center is on the right and shares a car park with Wheatley park school. From London (M40): take J8 off towards Oxford, and take the first turn on the left signposted to Wheatley. Turn left (Wheatley) to run alongside the A40 into Wheatley. Stay on this road until a small roundabout. Turn right signposted to Holton. After 1/4 mile, the sports center is on the right and shares a car park with Wheatley park school. AGENDA Apologies for Absence Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting President opening remarks and report Presentation and discussion of 2006 and 2007 financial statements and the contents thereof Amendments to the Memorandum & Articles Board propose the following Amendment to Section 6.1.: 6.1. If at a General Meeting a Resolution, which shall require a 75% majority of those attending and being eligible to vote thereat and voting in person, is passed to wind up the affairs of the Association, and when all liabilities have been discharged, disposal of any remaining assets shall be donated to a Charity or having as its principle object the conferring of benefits upon and furtherance of the educational or recreational interests of young people, or any non profit making organisation or venture as agreed at the meeting by a simple majority of members entitled to vote. PLEASE NOTE: All people attending the meeting must be over the age of 16 and official BiSHA registered members. Those members attending the meeting, and who are named on the register of members will be permitted to vote at the meeting.
