	Extraordinary General Meeting Date Posted : 5th June 2008 An Extraordinary General Meeting of the British Inline Skater Hockey Association Limited will be held on Saturday 21st June 2008 at The Park Sports Centre, Wheatley Park School, Holton, Oxford, OX33 1QZ commencing after the Annual General Meeting. The format of the meeting will be as set-out in the BiSHA Memorandum and Articles of Association. Directions: The Park Sports Centre Wheatley Park School Holton Oxford OX33 1QZ T: 01865 872128 F: - Map: click here From Oxford (Ring Road): Head out on the A40 to London. The third exit on the left is signposted to Holton and to the Sports Center. Turn immediately left (don't go over the A40) after 200yds, the sports center is on the right and shares a car park with Wheatley park school. From London (M40): take J8 off towards Oxford, and take the first turn on the left signposted to Wheatley. Turn left (Wheatley) to run alongside the A40 into Wheatley. Stay on this road until a small roundabout. Turn right signposted to Holton. After 1/4 mile, the sports center is on the right and shares a car park with Wheatley park school. AGENDA Apologies for Absence To consider the winding up of BiSHA Limited, the set up of new Company Bishahockey Ltd with the transfer of all assets, undertakings and membership to that limited company as of 22nd June 2008. Any other business Any other business items should be forwarded in writing to the General Secretary two days before the meeting. PLEASE NOTE: All people attending the meeting must be over the age of 16 and official BiSHA registered members. Those members attending the meeting, and who are named on the register of members will be permitted to vote at the meeting.
