BISHA Limited AnnouncementDate Posted : 26th June 2008BISHA would like to thank all the members that took the time to come to Oxford on Saturday 21st June for the AGM, and subsequent EGM. I am pleased to announce that the Special Resolution made to wind up BISHA Limited and transfer all assets and undertakings to a new company to be called BishaHockey Ltd with effect from 1st July 2008, was passed unanimously. The existing Board was voted into the same positions on the new company board and sport management board. I would just like to thank everyone for their positive response to our proposals, and ask you to bear with us in this transitional period. Liz Jeffries
